66% of customers are willing to recommend Port of Turku as a partner
The goal of our customer survey conducted at the end of 2024 was to identify the strengths and areas for improvement in the customer experience and to receive valuable feedback to enhance our collaboration. Overall satisfaction with the operations of Turku Port has increased from last year. A total of 94% of respondents rated the operations positively. Particularly positive feedback was received for the ship services, weighing services, and the willingness and flexibility of the staff.
According to customers, one of the port’s long-standing strengths has been flexibility, which the survey indicates has further strengthened. The most significant improvement in operations, according to customers, was activity (+0.25). This reflects our effort to serve our customers even better.
In the open feedback section of the survey, good service, flexibility, easy cooperation, and location were highlighted. Customers mentioned access control and traffic arrangements as areas for improvement.
We will continue our strong operations, remembering our strengths and developing those areas where our customers have expectations. Our operations will continue to be based on reliable, flexible, and active collaboration, as well as responsible actions.
