Scandinavia’s archipelago starts just off Turku’s coast in Finland’s southwest and stretches all the way to Stockholm. The archipelago, which has been called the world’s most beautiful, includes 40,000 islands and reefs. It is the largest archipelago in the world by the number of islands, and a phenomenal natural sight, the beauty of which comes across even when viewed from the deck of a large cruise ship.
Right next to the Port is the fascinating island of Ruissalo with its beautiful nature. It is a perfect recreational area for both locals and guests, easily accessible by land and sea. Many other attractions are located close to the Port, which makes it easy for cruise guests to discover much in one day.
