The operations of Port of Turku Ltd are managed by the Board of Directors whose duties and responsibilities are determined by virtue of the Limited Liability Companies Act and other applicable legislation. The Board of Directors takes care of the administration of the port enterprise and appropriate organisation of the operations. The Board of Directors processes and decides on all the most significant matters concerning the company’s operations.
